Fuji: What Does the DR Setting Do?
Almost all Fuji cameras have a DR Setting feature in the menu. The Fuji X100V and the X100F have it I know and I’m sure the Fuji X-T3 and X-T4 have it as well. The big question is: What does it do, how does it affect your images and when should you use it?

How Sensor Size Affects Dynamic Range
One of the things that I love about photography is how deep the science goes. You can just set your camera to “auto” and press the button, or you can dive deep into what makes photography work and exist as an art form. My opinion on this is the same as my opinion on being a good driver: You can be a good driver without understanding how the car works but I think you’ll be a better driver if you learn what’s under the hood.
In this video I’ll explain in an easy-to-understand (I hope) way how dynamic range is affected by the sensor size of your camera.
